Are you sitting comfortably children.

Then we’ll begin.

One calm moonlit night at the end of August, a ship on the ocean was holding a party.

But this party was unlike any other.

For this ship was called …

Its captain had vanished months before.

What became of the captain no one ever knew.

The legend is that the passengers, cast adrift and alone with no one to steer the ship, instead of trying to get help, instead all went quite mad.

They pretended that all was well, casting adrift the one that told them they had to do something to help themselves, telling one another that their situation was because ‘people can’t handle our awesomeness!’

But below the waves…

They were no longer alone.

‘Herr Kapitän, we have received confirmation from Headquarters, the Amerikaner schweinhund have not renewed!’

‘Very well then, prepare to fire!’

It came without warning to those on board – the penalty to all who fail to watch out for pending subs…

There were few left to man the liftboats.

It broke into two as it sank forever, the ship like those on the liftboats vanishing without trace.

Except for one part.

The nameplate survived, and broken free of the wreck, floated far out into the ocean.

For many miles it floated, plumbobbing up and down…

Until at last it was washed up ashore, on the legendary Isle Of Sims.

Where it lay upon the sands, now bathed only in the moonlight.

Until a lone beachcomber came across it…

‘Jazz-Hands?’ Elysia whispered. ‘The name of the legendary cursed vessel?’

‘Some may think to touch this name is unlucky…’

‘…but you know, something tells me its luck is about to change…’
